Incorrect Item Delivered
At Brown Petalee Foods Inc., the home of TAC Delights, we’re dedicated to delivering wellness-infused indulgence in every bite. If you’ve received the wrong product, something arrived damaged, or you have a concern about your order, please review our simple and transparent policy below.
If you happen to receive a product that isn’t what you ordered, don’t worry — we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Here’s what to do:
- Submit a Request:
Email us at hello@tacdelights.com within 3 days of delivery and include:
- Your order ID
- Clear photos of the item received
- Our Review:
Our support team will assess your request within 48 business hours. - Product Pickup:
Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup through our courier partner. - Alternate Return Option:
If reverse pickup isn’t available in your area, we’ll guide you with an alternate return method. - Replacement or Refund:
- If the correct item is in stock, we’ll dispatch it promptly.
- If unavailable, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged Item Received
We pack each product with care, but if your order arrives damaged, we’ll take care of it.
- Submit a Request:
Write to hello@tacdelights.com within 3 days of delivery and share:
- Your order ID
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Our Review:
Your request will be reviewed within 48 business hours. - Pickup & Return:
If approved, we’ll schedule a pickup of the product. - Alternate Return Option:
If pickup isn’t possible in your location, we’ll provide simple return instructions. - Replacement or Refund:
- A replacement will be sent if the product is available.
- If it’s out of stock, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method.
Conditions for Return or Replacement
We’re unable to process returns or replacements if:
- The product has been opened, used, or tampered with
- Original packaging (including seals, labels, or boxes) is missing
- The request is made more than 3 days after delivery
- The product is marked as non-returnable on the website
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped by writing to hello@tacdelights.com. Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If your cancellation is successful and payment was made, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
